Our History

Rocking Dave Leonard and Billy's Tip N Inn's Finest was Born out of Tuesday Night Open Mic Night at Billy's Tip N Inn in White Lake Michigan. Dave had been writing some songs and started to perform them on his acoustic guitar at Billy's Open Mic night. There he Meet Phil Vigelius, Guitarist from the 2XL Band and the Host at Billy's Open Mic Night. Phil put Dave up on stage with some very talented musicians and performed some of his Original songs. ... the rest is History.
